The work was done on time, The equipment performs superbly, and the price was the most inexpensive of 4 bids I received. But past that, the personalized service, and the feeling that I was the only customer during the installation and subsequent service checks was a real bonus and a touch one does not often find in aviation (or anywhere in life).
