I wanted to take this time to express my appreciation to you and your staff for the excellent service and care I received during the installation of my new Garmen 430 GPS.  As a new airplane owner, I have witnessed first hand, the saying "we hope to be completed by" by several FBO's.

I must admit I was a little reluctant in believing the time frame you gave me for the installation of the new GPS.  You can't imagine my excitement when you contacted me to schedule my plane in earlier for the installation.  However, my biggest surprise came when you called to tell me my airplane is complete and ready to go.  I looked at the calendar and it was completed right on time and under the original cost you quoted me.

In today's fast paced style, it's refreshing to find a company whose service and dependability exceeds your expectations.  The care and treatment that you and your staff demonstrated on my "baby" during the installation was no less than I would have done myself.

I realize that a thank you is small reward for your diligent work, but please accept this thank-you to you and your staff for a job well done.  Please feel free to use me as a reference.  I will have no hesitation in recommending your company and staff for your high quality of service and professionalism.
